Saturdays workshop descriptions:
"ARABIC POP" Who doesn't love the fun and lively Arabic Pop song? In this workshop Sadie will hi-light many of the traditional Egyptian moves and add some zest and variety to give you a fresh and exciting pop choreography.
"DIVA WITHIN" We all have a stage presence. Does yours say what you want it to? Learn how to own your stage and command an audience. There really are tips and techniques for making this possible. Clearly convey your emotions and set a mood, reach your audience, exchange energy, learn about your most powerful tools for accomplishing these tasks...like your eyes and your body language! Learn how levels, spatial planes and how different areas of the body when focalized, automatically set a feeling.

"DRUM SOLO SECRETS" In this workshop Sadie will take you through a series of exercises and drills that will break down her technique and her drum solo secrets like "Pops" and "Locks" to help you develop sharper more defined isolations necessary for fast drum solo choreographies.
"DRUM SOLO CHOREOGRAPHY" Experience the full potential of a Drum Solo. Sadie does not skip a beat.
Learn how to apply the "Drum Solo Secrets" in one of Sadie's stellar Drum Solo choreographies.

About Sadie
Sadie is an International performing artist, instructor and choreographer who is recognized worldwide as one of today's most exciting and talented Belly Dancers. First seen as a “Rising Star” on BDTV Vol.II in 2004, Sadie now teaches and performs across the globe, has over a dozen instructional and performance videos on the market and is one of the highest viewed Belly Dancers on You- Tube with over three million hits.
Sadie began practicing belly dance nearly a decade ago and has studied with many reputable Middle Eastern dance and music teachers from around the world. Some of the most influential moments in her education include two extended trips to Turkey where she studied and observed the dance in its culture.
Sadie’s lifelong love for dance, music and culture has prompted her to explore and study other forms of world dances such as, Brazilian Samba, Salsa, Hip- Hop, Tahitian, Hula and Flamenco with a dedication to foundation training in Ballet and Jazz. This background has given Sadie a style that is uniquely hers and a great command of movement and dance that comes to life not only in her inspiring performances but also in her gift to teach.
Based out of Denver, CO, when Sadie is not traveling she can be found teaching her ongoing weekly classes as well as dancing at some of the city’s finest restaurants, nightclubs and events where she has performed over 300 shows in one year.
